1. What You're Buying
Everything sold on this Site is a digital, in-game entitlement — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Priority Queue access grants connection priority to the Server for a fixed number of days. Clan Tag Color shows your clan name in a custom color in chat and the killfeed for a fixed number of days. Custom skins and retextures (vehicle skins, base decor, and gear skins) are cosmetic textures we make to your request after purchase. None of these items affects gameplay balance — see our Terms of Service for how this fits with Bohemia Interactive's server monetization rules.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed by Stripe or PayPal — there's no manual approval step on our end, and you can always check an order on your Player Profile page under Purchase History.
Priority Queue is applied to the SteamID64 you provided at checkout shortly after payment is confirmed. During busy periods or server maintenance it may take a little longer, but should never take more than 24 hours.
Priority subscriptions are delivered the same way: your first month is applied right after your first payment, and each monthly renewal adds another month automatically as soon as Stripe collects the payment.
Clan Tag Color and custom skins need details from you before we can deliver them. After checkout, open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID and your request — your clan color, or the item and design you want for a skin. Custom skins are made by hand, so delivery time depends on the design; we'll keep you updated in your ticket and let you know when it's live.
3. If You Don't Receive Your Item
If your purchase doesn't show up on your Profile page or isn't reflected in-game within the times above, message us in Discord with your order ID (shown on your Profile page) and the SteamID64 you checked out with, and we'll investigate and make it right.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because entitlements are typically applied within a short time of purchase, orders cannot be canceled once payment is complete, and purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion — see the Refund Policy and Chargebacks sections of our Terms of Service for the full policy, including what happens if a payment dispute is filed instead of contacting us first.
A Priority subscription can be canceled anytime from your Player Profile. This stops future renewals; your Priority stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the current period is not refunded.
5. Custom Content Rules
Clan names, colors, and custom skin designs are reviewed against our content rules (no offensive, impersonating, or brand-infringing content). We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove a submission that violates those rules, without refund, and to adjust how custom items are displayed in-game as needed for server stability or updates.
