How fast is Priority applied after purchase?

Priority is applied to your SteamID64 automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within a couple of minutes. If you already have priority, the new days stack on top. Your order shows up on your Player Profile with its expiry date.

Can I gift Priority to a friend?

Yes. Use the "Gift to a Friend" button on Priority and enter their SteamID64, and it's added to your cart as a gift. The recipient's SteamID64 is shown in your cart and order history.

Does Clan Tag Color expire?

Yes. Clan Tag Color is a monthly purchase, active for 30 days at a time. Renew before it runs out to keep your color. Each purchase's expiry is shown in your Player Profile order history.

How do custom skins and Clan Tag Color work?

After checkout, open a ticket in our Discord with your order number and what you want: the item, colors, logo, or design idea. We make it and let you know in your ticket when it's live. Skins are one-time purchases and are cosmetic only.

Where do I find my SteamID64?

Look it up on steamid.io by pasting your Steam profile URL. It's a 17-digit number starting with 7656119.

What payment methods are supported?

Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. You're redirected to complete payment securely, then brought back here once it's done.
